The Lamb Rogan Josh, another highlight, features tender meat in a rich, aromatic gravy that showcases the kitchen’s skill with slow-cooked dishes. For vegetarians, the Paneer Butter Masala is a must-try-perfectly grilled paneer in a velvety tomato-based sauce, best paired with their freshly baked garlic naan or steamed basmati rice.
